Hukarere Trading Co Ltd has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Hukarere Trading Co Ltd will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Hukarere Trading Co Ltd for any transactions through this website.
Please keep your login and password safe; customers are liable for every order made under their login.
All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
Hukarere Trading Co Ltd uses Windcave for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Windcave to enter your payment details. Windcave is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.
Deliveries will be made to the address and location the customer has identified on the order and once left at the specified address the meat will be deemed to be delivered.
We use New Zealand Couriers for delivery of goods. Cost of shipping is free within the South Island and $15 / box for shipping to the North Island.
Once your order has been packed and ready for pick up by the courier, a tracking number will be created and a link sent out to you via email. If you do not receive your delivery in the specified time, please contact us at sales@meatwithus.co.nz and we will follow it up for you.
We do not deliver to overseas addresses.
Unfortunately, as our meat products are perishable, we do not deliver to Rural Delivery (RD) addresses that are considered rural / non–urban by NZ Couriers. If you live at an RD address, please be in touch and we will work out somewhere to deliver your box to you as close to your home as we can; maybe at work, a friend, a local business hub or family members. Alternatively, we will send your order to your nearest NZ Couriers agent or depot for collection.
All our Meat With Us orders are dispatched as contactless delivery where no signature is required, so the courier has authority to leave your order at your provided address even if you are not home. If you are not going to be home, please include simple and easy to follow instructions on where you would like the courier to leave your box in the ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ box. As we are shipping perishable items, we need to make the courier process as quick and easy as possible to ensure your meat arrives to you in excellent condition. The default spot will otherwise be at your front door.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon Tuesday (upon receiving payment for your order) for a Wednesday overnight dispatch. For residential zone deliveries, allow until the end of the next working day for delivery. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.
Doing the launch of our new product, delivery times may be slightly varied. We will be in touch with you as to when you can expect your order.
We aim to deliver your order within our delivery timeframe; however, we cannot be responsible for the late delivery of your order due to adverse weather conditions, incorrect address, traffic, location or any other reason beyond our control. Hukarere Trading Co Ltd is not responsible for what happens to the meat once the courier has delivered the box.
If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery being made. If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, please notify us immediately. Email us at info@meatwithus.co.nz or call 03 2040 719. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. Consumed or already disposed of items will not be eligible for a refund or credit; neither will we be liable for any product damaged as a result of being incorrectly stored or handled after delivery.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.

We are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to your order on the day that we dispatch your delivery, due to meat being a perishable product.

We respect your privacy. We will never disclose, share or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company.
We only collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will remain strictly confidential.
Should you ever want your details removed from our database, simply let us know and we will process your request immediately.
