Do you deliver fresh or frozen?

All our produce will be delivered to you fresh. Fresh allows you to enjoy the meat right away or freeze it to eat at a later time.

What is your packaging made of?

All our produce will be delivered to you in compostable vacuum-packed bags. It will be delivered in either recyclable cardboard or chilltainer boxes with ice packs and compostable wool liners to keep it cool.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide around NZ to all main towns and cities. If you live at an RD address, please be in touch and we will work out somewhere to deliver your box to you as close to your home as possible; maybe at work, a friend, a local business hub or family members.

Alternatively, we will send your order to your nearest NZ Couriers agent or depot for collection.

Am I able to track my delivery?

We use New Zealand Couriers. Once your order has been collected you will receive an email containing all your tracking information. If there are any problems with your delivery please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not home when my delivery arrives?

Our deliveries don’t require a signature, so the courier driver will leave it somewhere safe. Please leave instructions in the comments section at checkout for the courier driver if you would like it to be left somewhere in particular.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free shipping to the South Island and $25 per box for North Island deliveries.
