Classic Beef Meatballs

Makes 24 meatballs 

An absolute classic, these flavourful meatballs made with Meat With Us premium beef mince are sure to be a crowd pleaser. This recipe makes around 24 meatballs and is perfect for storing in the freezer, ready to be heated at a later date. 

Ingredients: 

1 kg 100% grass-fed Meat With Us beef mince
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
6 garlic cloves, finely diced
1 onion, finely diced
2 eggs
⅓ cup panko crumbs 
Finely grated parmesan cheese, to serve 
Olive oil, for frying
2 large jars of passata, or your favourite pasta sauce 

Method: 

Preheat oven to 220C. 

Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and gently combine with your fingers. Roll tablespoon sizes of the mixture and set them aside. 

Line two baking trays. place the meatballs into them and drizzle with oil. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until browned. 

Remove from the oven and pour over the passata, or pasta sauce, then place back into the oven for around 5 minutes, just enough to warm the sauce. 

Sprinkle with parmesan, serve over spaghetti noodles and enjoy!
